THE BIG TWO ZERO - PART TWO(Final part)

Hello, hi and welcome! I am now writing my first blog post as a twenty year old(but in my head I am forever fifteen).

I have had a wonderful birthday, it's been filled with nothing but love from everyone I love, and happiness. If we're talking technical; I started my birthday watching the funniest video collage that Becky had made for me at midnight. It was a mixture of car videos, snapchats, dubsmashes and videos from her laptop that she'd put together of us, mainly me being weird and crying/singing One Direction. And for that, I thank you Becky - it made me cry with laughter.

I woke up to this:

I did eat something too but I didn't take a photo of that. Mum brought this up, very cute and obviously in a 2011 One Direction mug(the FEELS).

I then got ready, I had selected a few outfit options but I didn't feel comfortable in any of them. I eventually went for a blue peter pan collar top from primark(couldn't find it soz), jeans from H&M(click) and these sandals: click.

I went to my brother and sisters at around 11am, where I was given a Pandora charm and a link from my dad.

I was really surprised when I opened these but I love them both a lot. The link to the clip is here: clip.

Then, I opened presents from my brother and sister.

Little brother Kayden, little sister Leah(just in shot) and myself.

I was given this plaque for my new place in Berlin(I move to Germany on the 10th!). I can't wait to hang it up in my apartment. I was also given this amazing cushion with both my brother and sister on - now it's just deciding whether to put it on my sofa or on my bed(or alternate).

After spending a couple of hours with my brother and sister, my dad dropped me in town where I met my mum, Becky, and I was surprised by Charlotte who was with Riley-James and Carter(my nephews). Charlotte's twin sister Rachael also came too with her daughter.

Presents from my mum:

Pete Pan doll from Disney store(click)
Jim Carrey 4 film collection(click)
Reb'l Fleur by Rihanna body mist(click)

All of these presents are sort of personal rather than the typical birthday gifts. The Peter Pan doll is because he's my favourite Disney Character(as well as Jessie from Toy Story but that's Pixar and I already have two Jessie dolls). I've looked and looked for Peter Pan dolls but I only ever seem to get Tinkerbell stuff *sigh*.

Jim Carrey has always been a favourite actor of mine, ever since I can remember really. I find him hilarious and there isn't one film that I hate of his(I've genuinely seen them all).

And THAT'S the way the cookie crumbles.(Bruce Almighty reference)

Lastly, the Reb'l Fleur body mist explains itself really. Reb'l Fleur is one of my favourite perfumes of all time along with Britney Spears: Midnight Fantasy, so I thought why not have the body mist to go with the perfume?(Obviously I won't wear them together).

I was also given the cutest paint prints from Riley and Carter:

It reads their names and ages. I need to frame this and find a spot for it to hang in my new apartment(cannot wait). Plus, LOOK AT THEIR ITTY-BITTY FEET.

My presents from Becky:

Like my presents from my mum, these also hold personal meanings too. The 'CHOOSE HAPPY' poster - that is actually up already - was given to Becky by Sprinkle of Glitter aka Louise Pentland herself AND it's even signed. WIN.

The mug is personally one of my favourite presents I've ever been given. It reads my name and then: 'complete idiot; joe sugg obsessive; spider killer; instagram queen; tmh harry lover; eyeliner professional(favourite bit); best friend.' WHO DOESN'T NEED A MUG WITH ALL OF THESE THINGS ON?!  Yep, already planning how I'm going to pack it for Berlin.

Lastly is the CUTEST keyring that I won't even use as a keyring because I personally think it's far too precious. I WILL find a better use for it. Inside there are personal charms that sum me up; an N for obvious reasons, a number 7 as it's my lucky number, my birth stone, a plane and a little 'happy birthday' gem. PRECIOUS I TELL YOU.

I was also lucky to receive presents from my Aunty Helen who at the moment is quite ill so I appreciate them that little bit more.

Mindfullness Mandalas(Book 7): click here.
I couldn't find a link to the One Direction money box(I'm sure you're all pulling out your hair in despair - sorry).

I have an obsession with these adult colouring books(I've mentioned it quite a few times). They are just SO relaxing and entertaining, I literally couldn't live without one anymore. The money box was a little joke but I will use it for all terms and purposes and have it on my desk in Germany. I take all things 1D related very seriously EVEN AT 20 AND WHAT.

After a chaotic time in Pizza Hut, Charlotte, Rachael and the children left and Mum, myself and Becky went for a Costa.

Mum got a cappuccino, Becky got an original ice lemonade, and I got a peach lemonade LONG LIVE STRAWBERRY LEMONADES AND DAMN YOU COSTA FOR GETTING RID.
We then had a look around the shops, including a sniff of the new One Direction perfume 'Between Us' which is out today - I wasn't a fan(I COULDN'T SMELL NIALL'S TEARS LIKE THEY FALSELY ADVERTISED ALRIGHT), Becky liked it though.

Becky and I then had a go in Urban Outfitters photobooth:

Who doesn't love a photobooth?!

Mum and I(well, mum - I was in the photobooth) found a dress that I'm helplessly in love with - mum too, and we've decided we're going back for it on saturday, look how pretty it is: oh so pretty.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made my birthday really, it's been fabulous and I wouldn't have wanted to spend it with anyone else!

Thanks for reading, it was nice to share my day! I'm not sponsored or any fancy business - simply sharing my cute gifts!

Until next time..

Natalie xx

P.s: I was totally kidding about the Niall's tears bit. I know they don't actually put his tears in.
P.p.s: I wish they did, then I'd buy all the bottles.

My Bestfriend.

Hello, hi and welcome! This blog post is going to be a bit different as it's more of an appreciation post.

Best friends; we've all either had one or currently have one, and I'm so glad that I do.

Becky and I have only known each other for nearly three years, but it feels like way longer. And how we became friends is actually quite funny really.

Three years ago(around November 2012) One Direction graced us all with their song Little Things. I remember exactly where I was when I heard it; at the bus stop waiting for my bus to college listening to Radio One.

(Photo from weheartit.com)

I had no idea what to expect, but I knew it was going to be good. Once the song came on I instantly fell in love with it but the thing is, none of my college friends were even the slightest bothered.

And that disappointed me.

I was so in love with the song but I didn't have anyone to share it with. I was scrolling through twitter when I noticed a certain @hazzbazzstyles (HAHA, she'll hate me) was tweeting about her love for the song, I knew that it was Becky as we followed each other and I knew of her from school.

Anyway, I decided I would inbox her on Facebook just so I had SOMEONE to talk to about it.

So I did.

We had a little chit chat, talked about the band and we spoke as and when.

Somehow this developed into us talking every day, staying up until stupid o'clock watching award shows that One Direction would be on and we literally never stopped talking to each other.

In January 2014, we met for the first time EVER. I wasn't even the slightest bit nervous, I just always felt like I could be myself and natural around Becky, there's never been an awkward air around us. On that day we went for Starbucks, searched for One Direction merchandise and really had a right old laugh together.

The second time we met up I slept at her house where we watched the One Direction film with masks(1D ones obvs, not facials) and snacks and her dad called Zayn ugly(not yet forgiven Martin).

We also ordered pizza where I introduced Becky to macaroni and cheese with pizza(you're very welcome love).

Also that night we listened to One Direction's album, Why Don't We Go There will always remind me of us dancing dramatically on Becky's bed and her snapchatting me. Good times.

We also went to see McBusted together which I'm still not fully over. It was blimmin' brilliant. We complained about the support acts and Tom laughed at Becky(amazing).

Since moving away I have lost friends, made friends and really learnt a lot of lessons. I've had homesickness and low days but Becky has always been there.

When I came home for three days in September Becky made sure I could see her, we had Costa and filled out the Pointless Book(need to continue doing it when I'm home).

When I came home at Christmas Becky and I spent New Year's together which was bloody amazing. We bought all the ingredients to make our own pizzas - I also bought a One Direction onesie for myself that's age 13/14 but it fits, alright?(it doesn't really).

We watched the One Direction film again and weeped, tried several times to make a Dubsmash but we kept crying with laughter(got it in the end).

And then the next day we went to mcdonalds after around five hours sleep and stuffed our faces and made some amazing car-eoke memories.

Then once I got back to Switzerland I had the best news; I'd be home again in four weeks for a week.

This sent Becky and I into overload. We planned and figured out what we would do once I was home for the week.

When I returned home Becky and I met on the Monday where we first went to Nandos(essential) then for a look around, we went into the Urban Outfitters photobooth because I had never done it before which was great.

I then went to Becky's that Friday night and we watched Hollyoaks, Gavin & Stacey(Christmas special) then got ready for our night out. It was Becky's first night out and I was happy to play big sister for the night.

Even though I've been on a few nights out, I could say this was one of my favourites simply because it was with my best friend. We were in thin clothes in the snow(which I cried about) and I introduced Becky to a cheeky vimto(BEST drink). Becky and I also got free drinks from some guy, danced our hearts out, then moaned when our Burger King took too long at 4am.

Here I am with 22 days left in Switzerland, this means that I will return home and have between 4-6 weeks off. Becky will be free too(when she isn't working) and I can't wait to just have the best summer ever with my best friend filled with laughing until we cry, selfies, junk food, nights out, random adventures(just thought about the time we drove to Derby for no reason, then to ikea because we wanted food and then I bought loads of flannels l o l), and really just being happy.

With everything that has changed and happened in my life be it the past three years, year, three months, Becky has been a constant support and I am nothing but grateful.

She has always been there when I've needed her, watched me cry on snapchat about not getting One Direction tickets, FaceTimed me whilst she did the Kylie Jenner challenge with a wine bottle(classy) then literally broke down when she saw the aftermath, FaceTimed me sobbing because she got us tickets that I will be eternally grateful for(I owe you I know I have the money saved especially), she has witnessed me cry because of Zayn's sudden departure(let's not talk about that), we've FaceTimed on the toilet, whilst I've brushed my teeth - the lot.

We have so many inside jokes, ones that wouldn't make sense to most people like Daniel Bedingfield, "you are SO rude", boreddd, singing Meghan Trainor - Good for you in a non-specific accent, telling each other to lie down when we have a corker of a photo. I could go on.

So if you haven't gathered from my blog post; I love my best friend and she is up there in the top five most important people to me in this world. I'm so proud of her, she's so intelligent and she's going to go to university and kick ass. She's faced so many battles and dealt with so many things yet she still manages to make me smile. I have found some great memories, allow me to show you:

The day we drove around Nottinghamshire.

When James Bourne from Mcbusted followed us both.

Future plans.

Taking advantage of the good lighting in Urban Outfitter's photobooth.

Becky's birthday card I made.

Me making tea with a pen on FaceTime - as you do.

Becky is interesting.

Dooms day aka the day Zayn left One Direction.

The mask got stuck in her hair and yeah.

Fangirl problems.

That time Becky stuffed 22 grapes in her mouth.

All I can say now is thank you really. For being a great human-being.

Thank you for reading, until next time..
